Brook Mueller Rehab Details

Brook Mueller, the ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen, has been stopped in her tracks on her way to rehab in Mexico. Mueller and Sheen reportedly reconciled a few days ago. Both have problems with drug use, and Mueller planned to go to Mexico to get help with beating her addiction. She previously participated in a 45 day rehab program, but relapsed recently.

The interruption in Brook Mueller’s travel plans is not the fault of the airlines and Mueller is not being restricted by the country she plans to enter. Her plans to attend rehab in Mexico had been temporarily quashed since she lost her passport.

When she gets a new passport, she will be back on track with her plans for entering rehab in Mexico. A regular passport will take a bit longer than desired, so she will be getting an emergency passport. These are usually processed quickly.

In the United States, persons who need an emergency passport can get one by applying at their nearest regional office. Citizens of the United States can contact the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778 for more information. Some citizens of the United States also choose to use passport expediting companies to help them get a new passport speedily.

When Brook Mueller reaches Mexico, she plans to enter extreme rehab. In the extreme rehab program, she will be given injections of ibogaine. Ibogaine is used to treat drug addiction in people who have already tried other programs.
